They co-ordinate the delivery of our community learning courses, Dementia projects and wellbeing initiatives. Dementia Projects
I’m Grace, I began working on Heeley Trusts Dementia Projects in September 2020, helping to facilitate the groups and activities that people living with dementia and their carers, friends and families want to see in the area, as well as providing advice and signposting to local services. I am passionate about art, nature, accessibility and inclusion; My background is in community arts, workshop facilitation and community engagement.

Health Projects Coordinator
I’m Charlie I started in Nov 2020 and I’ll be co-creating Health and Wellbeing Projects with the community and finding out what health means to people. Whether it's having a cuppa and a chat or taking a walk round the park and exploring nature. My background is arts community engagement, outdoor education and Forest Schools.

Digital Projects
I’m Toni and I joined Heeley Trust in December 2020 as the Digital Projects Worker. My role is to help people gain confidence and skills in using digital technology. I believe that everyone has the right to access digital communication technologies, regardless of background or situation. Digital literacy is a powerful way of tackling isolation, accessing services and boosting employment opportunities – plus it can be highly creative and really good fun! I am a practising fine artist, researcher and educator who focuses on craft skills, digital technologies and public community engagement.

Hi I'm Alex, I joined Heeley Trust in July 2022. I previously volunteered as a Digital Champion, while I was studying Computer Science. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of computing with others, and showing people how technology can help them reach their full potential.

Link Worker
I am one of the Link Workers who help connect patients from local GP practices. I have worked for Heeley Trust since 2014, initially working on the adult learning project as an administrator, then as a Learning Champion co-ordinating course delivery. I have been involved with the Link Worker project over recent years and started working in the role full time from April 2020.

Link Worker
I joined Heeley Trust in November 2020 as part of the link worker team. Prior to this I worked for over 15 years in the NHS as a dietitian. I’ve worked in a variety of dietetic roles, my most recent being a community post working with GPs to improve the nutritional management of malnourished patient’s in the community.
