Digital & IT Projects

The Digital Inclusion Project works to tackle the problem of digital exclusion across Sheffield. There are no start or end dates, just ongoing advice and support tailored to the needs of individual learners. The project is funded by Sheffield City Council and delivered by Heeley Trust.

We can help you learn to use computers and other devices, from the very basics, to get you up to speed in the digital age. Don’t worry if you have never used a computer before, our tutors are here to guide you through every step.

We can also set you up to do online learning from home, working at your own pace. To find out more please give us a call 0114 399 1070

Extra support may also be available to you at your local Tenants and Residents Association please contact us or Sheffield City Council for further advice.

If you need help with tech problems (ie broken laptop), we offer FREE 1 hour bookable 1:1 appointments available on a Monday and Friday. If you are interested please call us on 0114 399 1070

The digital inclusion classes run weekly on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning covering a variety of different topics to help you become more efficient online. If you would like to join one of the sessions please call us on 0114 399 1070.

This is a single appointment session, you will meet our friendly volunteer advisor over ZOOM and they will help you build a basic CV. Our advisor can also provide guidance to those that have a CV and would like some feedback or notes on how to improve it. It's a great opportunity and we can't wait for you to join us.

This session will be a one to one session, sessions are limited to one person.
