Additional Support Services
Telephone support– We can call you for a friendly chat and offer practical support, advice and guidance.
One-to-one meetings – If you’d prefer to have an in-person chat rather than a phonecall, you can arrange a time to visit us at either Meersbrook Hall or Heeley Peoples Park.
Playlist For Life Support – We are a registered Playlist for Life help point, helping adults living with dementia to create the soundtrack to their lives. Playlist for Life is a UK music and dementia charity. They use the music of a person’s life to keep them connected to themselves and their loved ones throughout their dementia journey. Get in touch for assistance with making your own personalised playlist.
Creative Activity Packs have previously been posted out to our participants. These activity packs can be digitally downloaded here – See the download links below. Please note that all ‘Extra’ documents will need to be printed separately to the main packs.
