Live Well with Dementia

Heeley Trust is part of the People Keeping Well Partnership in Sheffield. We offer a variety of activities, walks and groups for people living with Dementia and their Carers, and are committed to making our spaces and events dementia friendly. We also offer signposting and additional support services.

Other services and activities

  • One-to-one visits/walks – If you’d prefer to have an in-person chat , you can arrange a time to visit with us in either Meersbrook Hall or Heeley Peoples Park. You can also book in a doorstep visit from Grace.
  • Telephone support – Signposting, advice and regular friendly chats should you want them!
  • Creative Activity Packs have previously been posted out to our participants. These activity packs can be digitally downloaded here – See the download links below. Please note that all ‘Extra’ documents will need to be printed separately to the main packs.¬†
We are always looking for passionate Volunteers to assist with our Live Well with Dementia Projects and for our other Heeley Trust projects too. If you may be interested in becoming a Dementia Community Champion, please feel free to contact us for more details on the role.
